SMRI takes the commissioning, retro commissioning and LEED commissioning of HVAC to optimization. SMRI field personnel are registered Professional Engineers that are NEBB Certified supervisors, DOE certified in fan and pump energy efficiency practices, and are mechanical and electrical engineers.
